History

In 2008, after the selling of a farm, and the departure of a husband to younger and greener pastures, Sandy decided to continue on with Ridequine. Sandy Assman, a Western and English coach, Western Master Evaluator as well as National Judge, is the owner and operator of Ridequine.

Ridequine is a fifty horse boarding facility. This includes a heated barn with 24 box stalls, private turnouts, as well as outside boarding accommodations with shelters and heated watering bowls.

Sandy also owns a beautiful 16.2 hh, standing Quarter Horse Stallion. The stallion, Purdee Dimension ´s offspring have been shown at the Worlds Show as well as the National AQHA and Heritage circuit.

Located just fifteen minutes north east of Regina, Ridequine is conveniently located to offer Western and English riding lessons to students of all levels.

Sandy also offers a Western and/or English Coaching program for working students. As a working student one will learn how a working stable operates, including; foaling, breeding, breaking and training, student lessons, summer camps, show planning, hauling and show circuit and much more. For information, or if you are interested, call Sandy at (306) 781-1962 or check out the rest of the Ridequine website.

Ridequine wouldn't exist without the great help of: Holly, Perry, Brittany, Vienna, Cal and Louise, Murray, helpful neighbours and many wonderful clients who have not only helped support, but build Ridequine.

Looking Forward

Ridequine currently hosts Pony Club and other events, such as summer camps. We also provide showing opportunities for all of our Pilot Butte, Regina and area riders.
